We are early childhood educators who understand the way young children learn. We believe hands-on, age-appropriate activities can make learning fun. We are teachers with many years experience and authors of dozens of early childhood teacher resource books, including the winner of the 2007 Teacher’s Choice Award. We provide simple, hassle-free activities to help you make the most of your time with your child. We would like to help you build a foundation for your child in elementary school. “Making Learning a Joyful Journey” is our passion! |

Traci Geiser is an Early Childhood Specialist who presents workshops to early childhood educators and parents of preschoolers. A national speaker at conferences including the National Association for the Education of Young Children and International Reading Association,Traci has worked in the early childhood education field for more than 20 years. As a result, she is the published author of over 20 teacher resource books and the proud recipient of the 2007 Teacher’s Choice Award. Traci started Little Hands Learning Company in 2006 to provide parents of preschoolers with useful information and resources. A mother of three daughters, Traci has her own little hands -- Shaylee, Aubree and Breeah. |

Barbie Morris began her career teaching preschool in Arkansas in the 1970’s. She returned to Colorado as an office manager where she developed her business skills and talent for helping small businesses grow. Following her passions for cooking and baking she
started and operated a catering company “We Take the Cake” from 1991 until 2005. She has been working for Little Hands Learning Company since inception as Project Manager/ Executive Assistant to President and Owner Traci Geiser. Her organizational skills and genuine care for the company have helped Little Hands grow and thrive. |

Kay Ferguson has vast experience in her management position for Air Canada Cargo in San Francisco gave her understanding of how big businesses operate. In her fifteen years there, she was well known for her commitment to details and her ability to get things done. Since moving back to Colorado, her home state, she has joined Little Hands as Director of Production and has shown the same dedication that she has been known for during her professional career. Kay's willingness to go above and beyond the call of duty have been a key component to smooth operations during periods of growth. |

Maureen McCourt Boylan is a reading specialist and former kindergarten teacher. An author of several teacher resource books, she has been a speaker at National Association for the Education of Young Children state conferences. As the Director of Parent Education at Little Hands Learning Company, Maureen presents workshops to parents of preschool children and is responsible for training other Little Hands speakers. Maureen has also been a contributing author for the Little Hands Play and Learn Activity Kits. Her attention to detail is a great asset to the company. She currently resides in Ohio with her husband and four children. |

Deanna Zerr holds degrees in Special Education, Elementary Education, and Psychology from Illinois State University and a Director Certification in Early Childhood from CU. Deanna has a wealth of experience with young children including managing a toddler center, teaching preschool, kindergarten, and special education classes, providing in-home childcare, and managing various sized child care centers and school age programs. Currently, as owner of UNLIMITED OPTIONS, Inc., Deanna consults, authors and presents seminars which provide training to teachers throughout the nation and has been identified by the American Business Collaboration as an outstanding regional trainer. Lucky for us, Deanna joined LHLC in 2007 and serves as our Early Childhood Specialist. Deanna enjoys performing with Denver’s internationally ranked Sweet Adeline SKYLINE chorus and spending time with her family outside of work. |

Beth Anne Harbaugh is an experienced marketing and public relations professional with over fifteen years of experience, having worked in an array of industries and helping with a variety of challenging marketing initiatives. Throughout her career, she has been involved with all aspects of Marketing, from media relations, event planning, promotions, strategic planning to creation and design of presentations, web sites and printed materials. Before embarking on her career, Beth earned a degree in Communications and Public Relations at Rowan University in New Jersey, where she worked as an event planner for student events, including concerts, multiple MTV TV programs, prominent comedians and various festivals. Beth makes everything she touches at LHLC look polished and professional. We are so pleased that she has decided to join us as our PR and Marketing Extraordinariness! Now she splits time between her career and her little hands at home, Beth is the mother of two boys – Ryan and Sean. |
The LHLC Advisory Board
We are fortunate to have an amazing group of women who serve as the Little Hands Advisory Board. These ladies are from all walks of life and include parents, grandparents, educators and businesswomen. Each contributes their unique viewpoint and creative ideas to help us create and choose the best products for LHLC. Most importantly, they are amazingly supportive and some of the most wonderful people we know! Many of these gals have been responsible for cutting, binding and assembling kits in our first years of business just because they believe in our products and mission. How blessed we are... |
